Records Retention

AUSD Record Retention Storage boxes are stored at our offsite facility, Corodata. To access existing files and/or store new files, complete the Corodata Record Storage Access Form and submit to Assistant Director - Maintenance and Operations for approval.

Once your access is approved and user account created, you will receive an email from Corodata with your login credentials.  If assistance is needed, contact AUSD Records Retention Technician.

Note to all Corodata Users:  When retrieving boxes in the Corodata portal, you can only print 5 lines of the Description field.  If there are more than 5 lines, you need to highlight everything in the description field, then copy/paste it to an excel or word blank document.  From there you can print the whole description field of the box.
